The sum will be taken from your credit card only in the cases provided for by the policies and conditions relating to your booking. In other cases, when the Partner does not adopt automatic availability and booking systems, but confirms reservations "manually", then you will be asked to insert your credit (or debit) card to guarantee the reservation, and then be directly charged at the same time as the Partner confirms the booking (within 24-48 hours). Lovely experience
We had a excellent trip , the place is magical , Mr Pemba gave us a Spectacular room with a breath taking view , We were lucky to see the snow clad peaks , also would like to mention that all the staff at the restaurant especially Mr Kaushik , Mr Gaurang helped us , A Big Thanks from our family for the way they treated us during our stay , even our Cab driver Mr Suman Subba was so calm and relaxed , Thanks

Great experience at sterling Darjeeling! May 24! Special mention of Chef Deeraj who took special care of our requests and gave us the most delicious food !!! He was so warm and forthcoming and made our dining experience great. Excellent chef indeed !
Also special mention of F&B manger Kaushik Ganguly! Great hospitality, ever smiling and very courteous! Was always a pleasure meeting him and he made us feel so comfortable.
Dining staff Bijendra and Sunita were excellent. All of them made our stay excellent! Front desk staff very polite too.
Sterling is well located and has a beautiful view of the kanchanjunga range from the resort view point .

The single best hotel in Darjeeling
and we also got perhaps the best room. How many hotels can boast of Kanchenjunga view from your bedroom window. We didn't need to go to any view points. The terrace presents great view of the valley. Food is good for breakfast, rest of the meals are not as great.
It's next to Ghoom monastery, and not far from famous Ghoom train station either. They have ample parking and help arrange for car too. Only flip side is that they are not in centre of the Darjeeling main city.
